Avocado Toast// something green AND yummy!  Slices of avocado with a splash of olive oil on any type of toast is one way to make it.  It is also delicious when the avocado is mashed with tiny pieces of onion, garlic, tomato, salt, and pepper.  Then, simply spread the mixture on your favorite toast or bagel and drizzle it with olive oil and vinegar.  It can also be topped with a fried or poached egg for a complete breakfast.

Ramen Burgers// a perfectly cooked beef burger with ramen noodles squished into patties to replace the bun.  Instead of the usual tomatoes and lettuce, it comes with sautéed onions, spinach, and a salty Asian sauce.  Probably not the healthiest choice, but totally delicious!

Smoothie Bowls// a fruit smoothie topped with coconut shavings, sunflower seeds, granola, fruit, and chia seeds.  The smoothie can be made from any frozen fruit, yogurt, juice, and spinach or kale to add something green.  A perfect breakfast to start the day.

Matcha// a specially grown type of green tea that is made into a powder with many health benefits.  Whether it is added into a smoothie or mixed into yogurt, it is a very easy way to add powerful health benefits into your daily diet.  Matcha is packed with antioxidants, boosts metabolism, burns calories, detoxifies naturally, provides essential vitamins, and calms the body and mind.  Many cafés make Matcha lattes which are beyond delicious!

Quinoa Bowls// quinoa is a grain that is rich in vitamins, protein, calcium, and fiber.  It is basically a healthier version of rice and tastes great when mixed with vegetables and different sauces.  When stirred with Sriracha sauce and topped with avocado slices, cooked spinach, and peppers, it tastes great.
