Spring Colors

Spring is the perfect time to introduce news pieces into your wardrobe with colors that you may have never worn before. Spring is usually a time for pastels, but this this year the spring color pallete has evolved into a wide variety of colors. Three colors have been seen throughout this spring and will continue into summer fashion. These colors include lavender, dark teal, neon green.

Lavender/// Light purple is a color that has just became extremely popular in the some of the most well-known stores including Madewell, Brandy Melville, and Topshop. This color is perfect for the “thrifted” look. Any lilac Urban Outfitters tank top matched with a pair of mom jeans and your favorite Fila or Nike sneakers would accessorize this top flawlessly. This color screams spring but because it is a pale purple it is not too bold. Also, this color works with every skin tone. It pops on darker skin and light skin, it will not wash out anyone.

Teal/// Teal is not tiffany blue or turquoise, it is a dark color that can be worn through all the seasons of the year. Straying away from the fall color of army green into teal is the perfect transition for the spring time. This color is dark yet bold and fresh yet has character. This color in fashion is whatever you make of it. Accessorizing this color is important to get your vision across for your specific outfit in mind, because it can be worn so many ways.

Neon green/// The controversy of neon has made their way back into the fashion world. Worn by the most famous of Kylie Jenner, neon is most definitely an eye-catching color. If you want to draw attention to yourself and your outfit wear neon. Green has specifically been one of the most popular colors to transform into neon this year.
